September is “Give Aloha” month, Foodland’s Annual Community Matching Gifts Program.\u00a0 It was created in 1999 to honor Foodland’s founder, Maurice J. “Sully” Sullivan to continue his legacy of giving back to the community.<\/h6>\n
During the month of SEPTEMBER ONLY,\u00a0customers can donate up to $249 to their favorite non-profit organization and Foodland will match a portion of your donation.\u00a0 This is a great way to increase the value of your donation.\u00a0 Taiko Arts Center, a\u00a0501c3 non-profit organization, participates in the “Give Aloha” program.\u00a0 Please consider making a donation to TAC this September<\/span>.\u00a0 TAC’s “Give Aloha” code is 78462.<\/span><\/h6>\n
You must have a Ma’ika’i card in order for Foodland to make the matching gift<\/span>.\u00a0 If you do not have a Ma’ika’i card, you can simply apply for one at the cash register.\u00a0 The Ma’ika’i card also\u00a0gives<\/span>\u00a0you great discounts at Foodland supermarkets.\u00a0 Just tell the cashier that you want to make a “Give<\/span>\u00a0Aloha<\/span>” donation to Taiko Arts Center.\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/h6>\n
