Aloha TAC friends and ‘Ohana!

“Give Aloha,” Foodland’s Annual Community Matching Gifts Program has been EXTENDED to October 3rd!  It was created in 1999 to honor Foodland’s founder, Maurice J. “Sully” Sullivan to continue his legacy of giving back to the community.

Customers can donate up to $249 to their favorite non-profit organization and Foodland will match a portion of your donation through SUNDAY October 3, 2021.  This is a great way to increase the value of your donation.  This year, Foodland will match each donation with at least $250,000 for all organizations combined.  The matching gift will be divided proportionately among all participating organizations.  Taiko Arts Center, a 501c3 non-profit organization, participates in the “Give Aloha” program.  Please consider making a donation to TAC this September.  TAC’s “Give Aloha” code is 78462.

You must have a Maika’i card in order for Foodland to make the matching gift.  Donations made without a Maika’i card will not be matched.  If you do not have a Maika’i card, you can simply apply for one at the cash register.  The Maika’i card also gives you great discounts at Foodland supermarkets.  Just tell the cashier that you want to make a “Give Aloha” donation to Taiko Arts Center.

More ways to donate:
1.  Donate your My Rewards ($5 donation)
2.  Purchase a Give Aloha tote by Punky Aloha
3.  Place an online grocery order for delivery or curbside pickup and make your donation:
-Add your donation amount to your cart
-At checkout, please indicate “Taiko Arts Center” and our code “78462” in the “item notes box”
